Smart Reactors is a Biomaterials company that specializes in high performance Hemocompatible coating solutions for a broad range of medical device applications. We are an innovation driven, customer-focused organization with a mission to support our clients and improve clinical outcomes for patients.
Our vision is to become the leading Biomaterials company dedicated to improving health and well-being through the discovery, development, and commercialisation of our novel technology. We see a myriad of applications for the technology including; Perfusion, Dialysis, Vascular, neurovascular, electrophysiology and many more applications. We will improve the performance of any device that comes in contact with circulatory system.
Our History
Smart Reactors was founded in 2019 by medical device Entrepreneurs with more than 50 years combined experience. The company has established world class R&D teams to develop leading-edge biomaterial solutions, together with superb customer service offerings. The company has evolved by providing real tangible solutions to customers based on a deep understanding of medical device design and the challenges associated with the human body interphase.
Smart Reactors has fostered successful customer engagements on a global basis alongside securing prestigious funding investments through Enterprise Ireland (our national body) and at a European Innovation council (EIC) level. Smart Reactors are continuing to expand our R&D pipeline & we welcome engagement with new customers and collaborators to expand our technological offering to improve the lives of patients.
